UMH BUYS MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMUNITY FOR $3.4M

NEW MIDDLETOWN, OHIO — UMH Properties has paid $3.4 million to purchase Meadowood, a 123-site manufactured home community in New Middletown. The community is situated on 20 acres. With the acquisition, UMH owns 42 manufactured home communities consisting of more than 9,100 developed homesites.
