It was fully leased at the time of sale. The buyer was represented by Jose Luis Bouvet, Jr.of Perry Commercial Real Estate. The seller, 938 N. Fig LLC, was represented by CBRE’s Merrick Matricardi, Jim Neil and Eric Comer.
