Walker & Dunlop Arranges $60M Loan for Refinancing of Mixed-Use Campus in Tinton Falls, New Jersey

TINTON FALLS, N.J. — Walker & Dunlop has arranged a $60 million bridge loan for the refinancing of Bell Works Fort Monmouth, a mixed-use campus in the Northern New Jersey community of Tinton Falls. Bell Works Fort Monmouth is a 276,900-square-foot redevelopment of the former headquarters facility of cybersecurity firm CommVault. The borrower and lead developer, Inspired by Somerset Development, purchased the site in early 2025 and is repositioning the campus to feature office space, retail and restaurant space, coworking facilities and community-focused amenities. Dustin Stolly, Aaron Appel, Sean Reimer, Keith Kurland, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, Ari Hirt and Stanley Cayre of Walker & Dunlop arranged the loan through Hudson Bay Capital on behalf of Inspired by Somerset, which has partnered with H.I.G. Realty Partners on the project.
