DALLAS — WillMax Capital has broken ground on an 11,130-square-foot office project in North Dallas. Phoenix-based LGE Design Build is handling the architectural and construction aspects of the project, which will be located at 4326 W. Lovers Lane and will serve as the locally based developer’s future headquarters. Flanagan Land Solutions is the civil engineer for the project, which is slated for a spring 2027 completion.
