TULSA, OKLA. — Zenith IOS (industrial outdoor storage) has purchased a 7.6-acre facility in Tulsa. The property at 15403 E. Skelly Drive houses a 26,900-square-foot building with six drive-through bays. Andrew Wieseman of Nashville-based brokerage firm Matthews sourced the deal on behalf of Zenith, which acquired the facility as part of a larger portfolio deal that included properties in Duncanville and Blue Mound, Texas. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
