FORT WORTH — Jody Thornton and John Ahmed of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler have secured a $32.75 million loan for The Berkeley, an apartment complex in Fort Worth. The 406-unit property, which was completed in 2008, is located at 2001 Park Hill Drive. Amenities include a pool and spa, a conference room and a fitness center. Metropolitan Funding Corp. provided financing for the 35-year, fixed-rate loan.

OKLAHOMA CITY — Q10 Kinghorn, Driver, Hough & Co. has arranged a $7.15 million loan for a warehouse leased to National Oilwell Varco. The 76,600-square-foot property is located in Oklahoma City. Aviva Investors funded the loan, which carries a 30-year amortization. Matt Franke of Q10 Kinghorn secured the loan.
GARLAND — Paul Brighton of NorthMarq Capital has secured $4.2 million in funding for the 160-unit Country Village Apartments. The property is located at 4362 W. Walnut in Garland. American Nortex Investment borrowed the 7-year loan.
TULSA, OKLA. — Anish Hotels Group has opened the 136-unit Aloft Tulsa, the first Aloft hotel in Oklahoma. The property is located at 6716 S. 104th E. Ave. in Tulsa. Amenities include more than 1,000 square feet of meeting space, a bar and free wireless Internet. LodgeWorks L.P. is managing the hotel.
FRISCO — GENBAND has signed a 52,074-square-foot office lease with Hall Financial Group in Frisco's Hall Office Park. The space is located in the 200,000-square-foot building at 2801 Network Blvd. GENBAND will occupy the third and fourth floors of the eight-story property. CB Richard Ellis' Baron Aldrine and Steve Rigby represented the tenant. Kim Butler and Tammy Lomonaco served as in-house representation for Hall.
HOUSTON — William Luedemann of NorthMarq Capital has arranged a $7.14 million loan for the Reserve at Bankside apartment complex. The 348-unit property is located at 10700 Fondren Road in Houston. Freddie Mac financed the 7-year loan, which carries a 30-year amortization schedule.
FORT WORTH — Hearthstone Delaware Properties of California has sold a 157,000-square-foot warehouse to Conti Warehouses for an undisclosed amount. The property, which formerly served as space for Levitz Furniture, is located at 6913 West Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth. The space had been vacant for nearly 10 years. Pete and Drew Richardson of Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented Hearthstone in the sale. Ryan Wood served as in-house representation for the buyer.
HOUSTON — TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Co. has signed a lease renewal and expansion totaling 67,691 square feet with TPG/Cal/STRS in 2500 CityWest, which is now 92 percent leased. The space is located at 2500 CityWest Blvd. in Houston. Griff Bandy and Jon Silberman of NAI Houston represented the tenant. Colvill Office Properties' Chip Colvill, Win Haggard, Jr., and Michael Anderson represented the landlord.
LINDALE — GVentures LLC has sold Lindale Corners Shopping Center to a private party for an undisclosed amount. The 20,000-square-foot property is located on South Main Street in Lindale next to a Wal Mart and a Lowe's Home Improvement Center. The shopping center is fully leased.
DALLAS — REIT Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust has borrowed $17.5 million for the 14-story Park Place on Turtle Creek office building. The 177,169-square-foot property, which was built in 1986, is located at 2911 Turtle Creek Blvd. in Dallas. The 3-year loan carries a 3.2 percent interest rate. CB Richard Ellis Capital Markets' Eric Tupler, Josh Simon and Greg Greene arranged the financing.
