The space is located in the 72,000-square-foot Tuscany Center 7 in Austin's Tuscany Center at Walnut Creek development. Skyles Baynes Co.'s Chris Skyles represented the tenant in the 6-year lease. Stream Realty's Will Nichols and Daniel Farrar represented the landlords.

DALLAS — Centro Properties Group has opened a 14,650-square-foot Anna's Linens store in Wynnewood Village Shopping Center. The property is located at the intersection of West Illinois Avenue and South Zang Boulevard in Dallas. Brian Heitzman is in charge of leasing the property for Centro.
AUSTIN — Andy Hill of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage has arranged a $10.52 million acquisition loan for Dove Valley Ranch. The 248-unit apartment complex is located on 13 acres near the South Texas Medical Center in Austin. The 196,000-square-foot property is 96 percent occupied. Freddie Mac funded the floating-rate loan, which carries a 30-year amortization.
KATY — Black Forest Ventures has purchased a 174,521-square-foot office building from CORE Real Estate and a group advised by Prudential Real Estate Investors. The property, which is located at 17000 Katy Freeway in Katy, sits on 10 acres in the Park Ten Office Park. Mustang Engineering leases the building. Rusty Tamlyn, Dan Miller and Trent Agnew of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller.
HOUSTON — Furniture Brands has leased 109,386 square feet of warehouse space from Panattoni Development Co. in the Airtex Industrial Center, bringing the building's occupancy to 100 percent. The 486,720-square-foot property is located at 14810 North Freeway in Houston. Addition tenants include Houston Furniture Partners and Velocity Acquisitions. CB Richard Ellis' Patrick Rollins and Joseph Smith represented the tenant. Colliers Houston's Gary Mabray and Walker Barnett represented Panattoni.
ARLINGTON — Campus Village Davis has borrowed an $8.02 million loan to construct Maverick Village, a student housing complex. The 72-unit property will be developed on a 3.45-acre parcel at the University of Texas' Arlington campus. A local credit union financed the floating-rate loan, which carries an initial 2-year term followed by 3 years of mini-perm financing. Matt Greer of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage's Austin office arranged the loan.
WOODWAY — Best Western has opened an 82-room hotel in Woodway. The Best Western Atrea Colonnade Parkway, which is located near Providence Hospital, is a prototype aimed at business travelers. Features include three conference rooms, an indoor pool and spa, a fitness center and a cocktail lounge. This is the 28th Atrea hotel the company has built in the United States since the prototype was announced in 2007.
BEAUMONT — A California-based private investor has sold the 250-unit Greentree Village Apartments to a private party for an undisclosed amount. The property, which is located at 520 Dowlen Road in Beaumont, is 91.9 percent occupied. Amenities include a pool, two tennis courts, a fitness center and a club room. Jeff Patterson and Jon Boone of Apartment Realty Advisors represented the buyer.
SAN MARCOS — Lincoln Property Co. has borrowed a $10.4 million loan for the 176,693-square-foot Red Oak Village shopping center. The 10-year-old property, which is located at 2233 Interstate 35 South in San Marcos, is 87 percent leased. Southwest Bank financed the 10-year loan, which carries a 5.5 percent interest rate. Travis Anderson of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler secured the deal.
HOUSTON — SSA Marine has leased 251,600 square feet of warehouse space from an undisclosed landlord in Houston. The space is located at 8905 Spikewood Drive. CB Richard Ellis' Bill Rudolf, Gray Gilbert and Jim Stark represented SSA Marine. D.R. David of Warehouse Associates represented the landlord.
