JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Hilton has opened a 221-unit hotel complex in downtown Jacksonville. Located at 1201 Kings Ave., the eight-story property consists of a Hilton Garden Inn and a Homewood Suites by Hilton. Amenities in the joint hotel include an oversized pool, a whirlpool and a fitness center, while the Hilton Garden Inn features 1,266 square feet of meeting space and wireless Internet access. The property is one of the first dual-brand Hilton hotels in the country.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Triad Warehouse Solutions has signed a lease with M. David Properties for 106,065 square feet of warehouse space in conjunction with a buyout of the property’s previous tenant. The space is located in the SilverLake IV building in Charlotte. Charlotte-based Piedmont Properties’ Lester Osborn and Scott Hensley represented Triad. Pete Pittroff and Brad Cherry of the local firm Keystone Partners represented the landlord, and Lane Holbert of Charlotte-based Colliers Pinkard represented Amsino International.
SALISBURY, MD. — Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County has purchased a 10,000-square-foot office and warehouse property from an undisclosed seller for an undisclosed price. The building is spread across 0.68 acres at 908 Isabella St. in Salisbury. Bradley Gillis of Salisbury-based Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate represented Habitat for Humanity, and the firm’s Brent Miller and Rick Tilghman represented the seller.
CORAL GABLES, FLA. — Florida East Coast Realty has completed the 130,00-square-foot 2020 Ponce office building. The 14-story property, located on Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables, includes ground-floor retail and a six-level parking garage. Build-outs are currently underway on 90,000 square feet of preleased space.
TAMPA, FLA. — Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Central Garden & Pet has signed a 5-year lease renewal with Exeter Property Group for 128,886 square feet of industrial space in Tampa. The property, located at 11316 N. 46th St., features 25-foot ceilings, fire sprinklers, seven cross docks and 170 parking spaces. The two-building property is located at 7300-7310 W. McNab Rd. in Tamarac. Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, Miguel Alcivar and Kirk Nelson of CB Richard Ellis’ Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office brokered the sale.

The Class A shopping center, located on College Parkway in Fort Myers, is anchored by a 44,270-square-foot Publix. Additional tenants include Blockbuster, GNC and Papa Johns. CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Newport Beach, Calif.-based Buchanan Street Partners has signed Ally Bank to a 133,000-square-foot office lease in Charlotte. Ally Bank will anchor the 368,000-square-foot property, located at 440 South Church St., when it opens in September. Trinity Partners and HDR have also signed leases for space in the LEED Silver building.
